SOLVENTLESS TYPE MAGNETIC PAINT FOR BOARD AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A solventless type magnetic paint for board is provided, which has good workability due to rapid hardening speed, does not crack when bending and is applicable to white board, green board and the like. And a method for preparing the same is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: (i) mixing 60-80 wt.% of polyol and polyisocyanate having a molecular weight of 1,000-2,000 with 20-40 wt.% of di-functional acrylic monomer; (ii) mixing 100 part by weight of the mixture obtained from the step (i) with 70-90 part by weight of metal fine particles; and (iii) after adding a reaction initiator and a catalyst to the mixture obtained from the step (ii), hardening it at 70-100 deg.C.
