PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house for exhibition which is comfortable, has good visibility, enhances the degree of customers' understanding and has high customer collecting power to arouse the will for purchase by providing the house with spaces and passages for observation and experiencing of the states of the joint parts, sectional shapes, arrangement of bars, equipment piping, etc., which are the structural mechanisms from the foundation in the ground to roofs visible only on site by exposing the parts constituting the structural body of the actually built house through a vertical direction in life sizes. SOLUTION: This house is constituted by forming openings 1a, 2a, 3a, 4a and 5a which are wells in a vertical direction at each of floors 1 and 2, ceilings 3 and 4 and roof 5 of the actually built house A, exposing the components of the foundation section 8, floor sections 9 and 10, ceiling sections 11 and 12 and a roof section 13 and their sections and joint parts, providing the house with the spaces 6 and passages 7 for experiencing in proximity to these exposed sections, providing the foundation section 8 with waterproof layers, such as unfloored part concrete 15 and waterproof sheets 16 and disposing earth and sand layers 17 thereon. |
