<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument for a vehicle, in which the transmitted illumination color of a transmission dial and the light emitting illumination color of a pointer can be displayed in different colors by using one light guide plate. SOLUTION: A light receiving part, for dial illumination, by which emitted light from an LED for dial illumination is guided to a transmission character, a graduation and the like formed on the dial and a light receiving part, for pointer illumination, by which the emitted light from the LED for pointer illumination is guided to the pointer are installed respectively on the light guide plate which is piled up on the rear of the dial. A slit which prevents the interference of light received by the light receiving part for dial illumination with light received by the light receiving part for pointer illumination is installed between the light receiving part for dial illumination and the light receiving part for pointer illumination.</p> |
