PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated actuator that can reduce the amount of working fluid moving in and out of a tank during telescoping motion and reduce its size. SOLUTION: This integrated actuator comprises a cylinder tube 30, which is tubular and closed with a bottom, an inner rod 3 which protrudes from the bottom of the cylinder tube 30, a circular piston 5 which slidably fits between the inner circumferential face of the cylinder tube 30 and the outer circumferential face of an inner rod 32, a tubular outer rod 51 which extends from the piston 5 and protrudes through the cylinder tube 30, an inner oil chamber 7 and an outer oil chamber 6 which are respectively defined inside and outside of the outer rod 51, a hydraulic pump 2 which pressurize a working fluid delivered into the oil chamber 7 or the outer oil chamber 6, and an electric motor for driving the hydraulic pump 2, whose direction of rotation is switched to allow telescopic motion of a hydraulic cylinder 1.
