PURPOSE: A seat accommodating structure secures enough space to store goods when the third row seat is not used. CONSTITUTION: A front link(40) and a rear link(50) are installed between a car body and a cushion. The front link(40) has a car body side front hinge point(40a) and a cushion side front hinge point(40b) placed higher than the car body side front hinge point(40a) on the front and the rear thereof. The rear link(50) has a car body side rear hinge point(50a) and a cushion side rear hinge point(50b) placed higher than the car body side rear hinge point(50a) on the front and the rear thereof. A seat back(10) is folded and accommodated in an accommodating room(60) behind as a whole.
