PURPOSE: A credit transactions system using a cellular phone is provided to allow a buyer to buy a product easily, and guarantee transparent distribution activity, by making the result of trade remaining as data. CONSTITUTION: A buyer transmits transaction information, suggested by a distribution company in which a POS(Point Of System) is installed, to a mobile communication company via the cellular phone(S301-S304). The mobile communication company checks the transaction information from the buyer, determines whether it approves the credit transactions of the buyer, and then transmits the approval of the credit transactions to the POS via a relay server(S305,S306). The distribution company checks the approval of the credit transactions from the mobile communication company, delivers a product to the buyer, and then send details of the credit transactions to the mobile communication company(S307-S309). The mobile communication company pays the price for the product to the distribution company, and issues a notice for payment of a mobile communication service and the price for the product(S310,S311). |
