VOLTAGE CONTROLLED OSCILLATOR FOR COMBINATION TRANSMISSION AND RECEPTION

PURPOSE: A voltage controlled oscillator for combination transmission and reception is provided to pack a voltage controlled oscillator for transmission and a voltage controlled oscillator for reception having some of different frequency and different output voltage by offering voltage controlled oscillator together. CONSTITUTION: An oscillation part creates the fixed frequency signal of specification frequency band. A voltage controlled oscillator obtains the created frequency of size being corresponding with voltage inputted for using one transistor. A PLL get changed voltage size approving to the voltage controlled oscillator for inputting frequency created from the voltage controlled oscillator and frequency signal from the oscillation. The first amplification part make amplification-output for using one transistor with inputting frequency signal from the oscillation part. The second amplification make amplification-output for using one transistor with inputting frequency signal from the first amplification part. A voltage approving device get risen voltage charging base terminal of transistor composed of the first amplification and the second amplification.
