<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic unit which can use a recording means by giving priority on photographing or recording, which can remotely be controlled from the other unit without the need of special mode setting and can use the recording means as the outer recording unit of the other unit. SOLUTION: A communication means (USB controller 49) transmitting/ receiving information with the other unit by communication and a mode setting means 22 setting the declaration of a vendor unique which can remotely be control by the other unit or the declaration of a storage class functioning as the recording means of the other unit are installed. Communication corresponding to declaration which is set by the mode setting means 22 after communication is connected with the other unit. Thus, the electronic unit (electronic camera 10) can preferentially use the recording means 42 and can remotely be controlled from the other unit without the need of the setting of the special mode. Then, the recording means 42 can be used as the outer recording unit of the other unit.</p> |
