PURPOSE: A system for payment for an Internet electronic commercial transaction is provided to buy small amount commodities. CONSTITUTION: A consumer system(20) purchases desired commodity through the Internet electronic commercial transaction. A personal communication device(25) is a consumer's personal phone. A web system(10) controls the payment system totally. A communication business man system(30) sets a monthly using limit of a client, and embodies a member number being matched to a client's mobile communication number, and issues a member card to the consumer(20). The member card includes a credit status of the client, an attribute of the client and the credit limit. A provider system(40) is a provider for supplying commodities to the consumer. The communication business man system(30) demands money expended by the client when a monthly mobile communication fee is demanded. The provider system(40) may identify monthly paying money using a provider's ID and password.
