PURPOSE: A spray coating method is provided to form a coating layer in which a binder is not eroded while properties of nitrides having superior erosion resistance and releasing property against molten metal are kept by using oxides having superior erosion resistance for molten metal and a lower fusion point than nitrides as a binder. CONSTITUTION: In a method for spray coating nitrides, the method for spray coating nitrides using an oxide binder comprises the steps of mixing oxide powder having a role of a binder with nitride powder; forming the mixed mixture into a bar shape; and forming a composite coating layer of nitrides and oxides on a material to be sprayed by coating the formed ceramic bar using a bar melting type flame spraying machine, wherein the oxide powder is a mixture of one or more powder selected from the group consisting of aluminum, zirconium, calcium, magnesium, titanium, yttrium, hafnium, silicon, cerium and boron oxide powder, and the nitride powder is a mixture of one or more powder selected from the group consisting of silicon nitride, boron nitride, sialon and titanium nitride powder.
