PURPOSE: A floor allocating system and a method for providing a plurality of homepages by the same are provided to manage a homepage created in the lower level and to make a homepage name as one pleases. CONSTITUTION: If 'A' client applies to a registration of a specific name of the floor(S10). A web browser of the client transmits a URL resource requesting signal with respect to PG1 to a sub server. In addition, a CPU of a sub server receives the URL resource requesting signal through the web browser of the client, and decides URL having a HTML document with respect to a member joining and receives a URL resource having the HTML document with respect to a member joining(S12), and displays a member joining window. The client writes an ID, password, homepage IP address, E-mail, name, etc. in accordance with an explanation being displayed on the window(S14). The web browser transmits a signal packet to the CPU, and the CPU receives the packet signal and detects a normality of contents of the packet(S16). The web browser provides simple information only including the homepage IP address and the name to a main server(S18). And then. a homepage is provided to the client(S20). If the written information is abnormal, an error signal is transmitted to a web browser(S22).
