PURPOSE: A corrugated pipe manufacturing device is small in size and has improved speed to form a corrugated pipe. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device(20) comprises a first mold(21), a second mold(22), a reciprocative plate(23), a fixed plate(24), multiple hydraulic cylinders(27) and a supporter(26). The first mold(21) has a semi-circular corrugated pipe forming part(21a) on one side thereof on the moving passage of a corrugated pipe(2) where a synthetic resin straight pipe(1) is lead in and the corrugated pipe(2) is lead out. The second mold(22) is installed near the first mold(21). The reciprocating plate(23) is a square plate installed to both sides of the molds(21, 22) and moves reciprocatively inside the fixed plate(24) by the supplying speed of the synthetic resin straight pipe(1). The fixed plate(24) is fixed on a frame(25) and has size dicings(30, 31) which is a moving passage of the corrugated pipe(2) outside the reciprocative plate(23). The hydraulic cylinders(27) are connected with the molds(21, 22) and the reciprocative plate(23) for continuous movement in fixed directions and speeds. The supporter(26) supports the members above the ground surface by fixed heights.
