PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device capable of preventing illicit unlocking by using another locking means even in the case of illicitly unlocking a cylinder lock by using a key. SOLUTION: Hook members 5 and 6 are tiltably pivoted through a shaft at the upper part and lower part of the supporting plate 3 of a base frame body 1. The upper and lower hook members 5 and 6 are connected by a connection rod 4 slidably disposed along the supporting plate 3, a cam plate 9 is fixed to the lock shaft of the cylinder lock 10 provided on the intermediate part of the base frame body 1 and the cam plate 9 is arranged so as to be engaged with the connection rod 4. An auxiliary cylinder lock 15 is attached by inserting the lock shaft to an inner side to the attaching plate of the base frame body, a fitting hole 4a is formed at the connection rod 4 and a lock cam 16 for advancing into the fitting hole and locking the slide of the connection rod is fixed to the lock shaft of the auxiliary cylinder lock 15.
