PURPOSE: A sheet fixing device of a rear seat is provided to conveniently remove a sheet of the rear seat and to improve assembling efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A device for fixing a sheet of a rear seat comprises a first bracket(10) installed on a side portion of a package panel(70); a connecting hole(12) formed in the middle of the first bracket; a protrusion(16) formed on a lower portion of an insert groove(12); a second bracket(20) fixed on a chassis by being mounted on a lower portion of the first bracket; a guide groove(22) formed on an upper portion of the second bracket; a coil spring(80) installed between the first bracket and the guide groove; a rotational bracket(30) attached to an upper wall of the second bracket; a hinge shaft(32) rotating the rotational bracket; and a twist spring(34) combined between the rotational bracket and the hinge shaft.
