PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the assembling of a support unit for a lifting and lowering part and a storage part and also dismounting and mounting of the storage part. SOLUTION: The one ends of a pair of parallel links 1, 2 are supported on a left and right mount base frames 3, 4 respectively. Mutually opposed link 1a and link 1b of the parallel link 1 and link 2 are connected to each other by a connection axis. Free ends of the pair of the forward and rearward links 1a, 1b are integrally interconnected by a mount seat 1c, while free ends of a pair of the forward and rearward links 2a, 2b are integrally interconnected by a mount seat 2c.
