<p>Electrophoretic lacquer sprayer comprises a cathodic ring shaped spraying nozzle with a concentric central hole through which either a vacuum is applied or a compressed gas blown, thereby controlling the shape of the lacquer jet permitting different degrees of coverage of the workpiece. Pref. vacuum is used as this results in an inwardly tapering jet concentrating the lacquer, which in turn permits lowering of the applied voltage of the system.</p> |
