PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyer capable of surely detecting the surface/reverse of a workpiece, by eliminating position adjustment of a sensor. SOLUTION: In this conveyer 1, constituted so as to convey an ornamental material 2 formed by driving a metal-made staple 23 to a reverse side 2b of a long-scaled wood 21 by conveying rollers 13, feed rollers 11 pressing the ornamental material 2 on this conveying roller 13 conveyed are provided thereon, also a sensor 10 detecting the staple 23 is provided in a cover material 12 of this feed roller 11.
