PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular power unit supporting structure capable of preventing excessive force from acting on a coupling portion between an engine and a transmission to avoid venting of the coupling portion, and eliminating vibrations and noise due to venting, even if adopting a power plant frame, by extending an engine mount (cf. engine mount bracket) provided on both sides of a longitudinally installed engine over the engine and the transmission and fixing to both of them so as to locate an acting fulcrum for acting force such as bending, twisting, and windup at the coupling portion between the engine and the transmission. SOLUTION: This vehicular power unit supporting structure provided with a power plant frame for coupling a transmission case 2a and a differential gear case, comprises engine mounts 35 respectively provided on both sides of a longitudinally installed engine 1. The engine mount 35 is extended over the engine 1 and a transmission 2 and fixed to both of them.
