<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rigidity as well as heat insulating and heat retaining properties of a container formed of a single blank paperboard and to reduce a storage space and a transportation cost by a method wherein a cylinder and a base plate of the container can be developed into the single blank paperboard for transportation or storage as a flat paperboard. SOLUTION: When the container having a polygonal base plate 3 and a polygonal cylinder 3' is formed of the single blank paperboard 2, sliding fold pieces 9 having an angle forming ridge 7 connecting each vertex 5 of the base plate 3 and each corresponding vertex 6 of an opening rim 4 of the cylinder 3' and two-folded and overlaid onto an external surface or an internal surface of a polygonal side plate 8 formed between the ridges 7 are overlaid and stuck.</p> |
