PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater discharge cutting device for cutting an underwater structure and capable of accessing an object to be cut with the remote control and capable of carrying out the predetermined cutting work without generating the secondary products. SOLUTION: This underwater discharge cutting device approaches an object to be cut with a guide mechanism, performs the positioning for fixation, moves a shield box mechanism to the predetermined position so as to recover the secondary products. An electrode is set at a working position by an electrode driving mechanism arranged in the shield box mechanism, and discharge is cut made, and the underwater discharge cutting device can easily access to an object to be cut at an underwater narrow position for the work, and such a kind of the work can be realized.
