PURPOSE:To allow a displacement increasing efficiency not to deteriorate because no spring is used, make miniaturization and economization easy, and ensure high reliability due to the absence of a junction by forming an integral structure consisting of an elastic substrate part, an arm drive part and a drive output part using the same material. CONSTITUTION:If a piezoelectric driver 21 is caused to generate an electric field, a drive element 22 is pushed up by a displacement value obtained, and a first arm drive part 30 rotates as a whole with a support part 31 as a fulcrum. As a result, an operating part 33 is displaced by the amplified part of a displacement of the piezoelectric driver 21 which corresponds to the ratio between a distance between the drive element 22 and the support part 31 and a distance between the operating part 33 and the support part 31. After this, the displacement is synergistically amplified across the arm part by the ratio of a distance between the operating part and the support part, through the operating part and the arm drive parts 40, 50 corresponding to the former. A drive output part 60 likewise forms an amplification step, and finally a displacement at the tip of a drive arm 62 generates in such a manner that a displacement of the piezoelectric drive is enlarged. |
