PURPOSE:To obtain the subject foam having excellent dimensional change, compressive strength and thermal conductivity by using a specific fluoroethane as a foaming agent and using a specific amount of an aliphatic or aromatic amine based on the total polyol. CONSTITUTION:The objective foam is produced by reacting (A) an organic polyisocyanate, (B) 1-50 pts.wt. (based on 100 pts.wt. of polyol) of an aliphatic and/or aromatic amine, (C) 1,1-dichloro-1-fluoroethane as a foaming agent, (D) a catalyst and (E) a surfactant and other assistants. Preferably, the aliphatic amine is a 2-6C aliphatic amine and the aromatic amine is an aromatic polyamine containing 1-6 aromatic rings each having 1-2 amino groups and/or a halogen derivative of the aromatic polyamine. |
