SAMPLING SYSTEM FOR FLUIDIZED BED GAS PHASE POLYMERIZATION REACTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling system of a polymer manufactured by a gas phase polymerization. SOLUTION: The sampling system includes (1) a step of analyzing a leakage from a sample container to an environment and a leakage from a reaction apparatus to the sample container, (2) a step of taking a polymer sample from a fluidized bed to hold it in the sample container, (3) a step of bringing the polymer sample in contact with an aluminum-alkyl coolant, (4) purging the polymer sample in the sample container with an inner gas and (5) a step of spitting the polymer sample from the sample container.
