PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for evaluating remote node plan economical efficiency are provided to reduce time and efforts required for economical efficiency of a remote node constructing plan having various and complicate restriction terms and determination factors and also required for massive arithmetical evaluation required for optimization. CONSTITUTION: A data input unit(101) provides an interface receiving a basic data, a charge data and a policy data from a user, stores the inputted data in a database, secures a memory of corresponding variables and sets an initial value. An alternative generating unit(102) inputs a determining variable by detailed factors such as a device, facility, service and demand required for constructing a remote node network, makes a concrete node construction plan to generate an alternative, provides an interface so that a restriction condition and determining factor in constructing the remote node, and transmits the created alternative and input data to an economical efficiency evaluation flow controller(105). An alternative capacity and amount of material computing unit(103) checks a feasibility of the alternative in consideration of the restriction condition and the determining factor, computes a capacity of a device and facility required for a network construction according to the alternative, computes an amount of material as required, and transmits the result to an alternative expense computing unit(104). The alternative expense computing unit(104) computes a material expense required for the device and facility and an expense required for operation and maintenance and transmits the result to the economical efficiency evaluation flow controller(106). The economical efficiency evaluation flow controller(106) provides a basic data, an expense data and a policy data to the alternative generating unit(102), the alternative capacity and amount of material computing unit(103) and the alternative expense computing unit(104), calls the alternative generating unit(102) so that a user can make an alternative by using the basic data and the policy data, receives the restriction condition and the determining factor and stores them. An analysis result output unit(106) provides an interface enabling a user to select a desired output form of the economical efficiency analysis result, and outputs the expense computation result by alternatives, analyzes the alternative expense computation result and outputs an analysis result desired by the user so that the user can easily use the economical efficiency evaluation of the alternative.
