PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape dispenser that enables a tape to be simply pulled out when necessary.SOLUTION: A tape dispenser includes: a first member for supporting a reel around which a tape is wound; a second member capable of rotating relative to the first member and the reel; and a tape guide part which is brought into contact with the tape of an uppermost layer on the reel, and which performs the send-out operation of displacing the tape of the uppermost layer relative to the second member in association with relative rotation of the first and second members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
