PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove the rattle noise of a moving unit which occurs in a casing in a disk device. SOLUTION: In the state of a waiting position P0 where the moving unit descends the most, the pressing part 18b of a press lever 18 depresses a restraint pin 16 which protrusively installed in a moving base 20 in the direction of F1. Thus, the moving unit U can be pressed to the base direction of the casing 12. In a state where a disk is in the middle of a selection/movement operation or it is stopped in a driving position, the sliding side 18c of the press lever 18 depresses the restraint pin 16 in the direction of X2. Thus, the moving base 20 moves while it is pressed to a casing side plate 12B. Consequently, rattling at the time of movement is eliminated and the occurrence of rattle noise can be prevented.
