PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize communication terminal equipment allowing a caller side to designate the incoming call melody at a receiving side. SOLUTION: When the caller 6a of a portable terminal on the caller side makes a call with incoming call music information for designating a incoming call mode added to a message, the receiving part of a portable terminal on the incoming call side generates an incoming call sound corresponding to incoming call music information added to the message at the time of incoming call. Thus, the caller side is able to designating the incoming call melody of the receiving side.
