PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CAD system for a prefabricated building which makes it easy to handle fittings when fittings are selected. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a fitting information extracting means 24 which extracts information on fittings from information stored in a component information storage means 31 provided to the prefabricated building CAD system 1 supporting the designing operation for a prefabricated building and a table generating means 25 which generates fitting component tables 12 to 15 showing whether or not the fittings are built in a factory from the information on the fittings extracted by the means 24; when fittings are selected in designing operation for the prefabricated building, a designer selects fittings by referring to the fitting component tables 12 to 15 to facilitate the investigation of the handling of the fittings, thereby speedily performing the designing operation.
