<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a prior art that a line member must be wound up in order to reduce the resistance loaded to a launching member before launching, and that the work therefor takes many hours when the line member is considerably long, and further that since the line member is fitted on the external surface of the launching member, a load applied when launching becomes heavy and the launching range is reduced and launching accuracy is lowered. SOLUTION: A first launching member 20 and a launching cylinder 13 are coupled to each other through a first line member 22 in the inside of the launching cylinder 13. The tip end of the launching member 20 and the tip end of the launching member 21 are coupled to each other though a second line member 23 which is loaded with explosives after launching member 14 is launched, and a load applied by the weight of the line member 22 or the line member 23 can be greatly reduced, and the range can be extended, even at the same launching power as in the prior art, and further the line member 23 can be precisely dropped to a target place (position).</p> |
