PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM receiver with a sufficient signal strength (CN ratio) that can extract a valid symbol signal from which a delay wave having a delay time more than a guard interval time is eliminated. SOLUTION: The OFDM receiver has antennas 11a, 11b that acquire an OFDM-modulated signal, reception means 12a, 12b that are respectively connected to the antennas and process the received signal, a cross-correlation detection means 13 that detects the cross-correlation between output signals of the reception means, a signal synthesis means 100 that synthesized the output signals of the reception means, a delay equalization means 16 that eliminates a signal component delayed by a prescribed time or over of the OFDM modulation signals from the diversity synthesis output of the signal synthesis means, and an OFDM demodulation means 17 that extracts and demodulates an effective symbol signal from the output signal from the delay equalization means.
