This modular re-useable vehicle rear cab interior conversion includes a fully moulded left hand longitudinally extending wall panel (3) of a height extending from an upper edge adjacent a side wall and/or a roof portion (9) of the vehicle (2), and terminating in a lower longitudinally extending peripheral sealing edge (7) at or adjacent the vehicle floor (12). A fully moulded right hand longitudinally extending wall panel (4) is of a height extending from an upper edge adjacent a side wall and/or the roof portion (9) of the vehicle (2) and terminating in a lower longitudinally extending peripheral sealing edge (10) at or adjacent the vehicle floor (2). A centre floor panel (5) has two longitudinally extending sealing edges (13), and is adapted on fitment to be disposed intermediate the two wall panels (3, 4). The panels (3, 4) are sealed with the lower sealing edges (7, 10) and with the respective longitudinal sealing edges (13) of the centre floor panel (5).
