PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such as deformations of a frame and a mask in the process, after the mask is spread. SOLUTION: In a color cathode-ray tube consisting of the mask, a pair of a first frame that supports the mask, and a pair of a second frame that supports the first frame, cross-sectional shape of the first frame is constituted, so that it is triangular, with a collar and distance between welded portion of the first frame to determine the collar length and R face becomes constant along lengthwise direction of the first frame.
