To avoid wear of the arms 117a, 117b, of a clevis, pivotally connecting (by means of a spherical bearing 127) an hydraulic actuator rod to a non-rotating swash plate 111, in the rotor control system of a helicopter or tilt-rotor aircraft, a clip 65 is provided to limit rotation of the rod about its own axis and prevent contact between the rod and the clevis arms. The clip may be of multi-piece (figs. 4A,4B) or one piece (figs. 6A-6C) construction. |
