GUM OBSERVATION METHOD AND GUM EVALUATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively and reliably evaluate the condition of gums. SOLUTION: A gum observation method comprises applying a temperature load into an oral cavity, measuring the surface temperatures of a gum and a crown after a certain time passed, and observing a temperature difference between both of them. It is desirable that a temperature measurement portion of the gum is a tooth-to-tooth papilla and the temperatures are measured by a thermography.
