PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure requiring no boring process applied to a guide rail 8 and no change in a rail size, even when mounting a hitching part 7 to hang the rope socket 13 of a main rope 6 to the guide rail 8. SOLUTION: A reinforcing material 20 having a raised part 22 formed by applying a bending process to a sheet and many mounting holes 23 bored on the sheet is provided on the base part 8a of a guide rail 8, and a hitching part 7 is mounted to the guide rail 8 by a rail clip 10 so as to pinch the reinforcing material 20.
