PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability by suppressing initial elongation and abrasion elongation of a roller chain. SOLUTION: A board material is winding worked to form a cylindrical material 11, and a butt joint part P1 of the board material is joined by partially welding so as to form a bush B. The bush B has large mechanical strength in an axial direction and a diameter direction, it is not deformed even if it is pressed in an inner link plate. Also, it is brought into uniform contact with a roller and a pin so as to minimize initial elongation and abrasion elongation of the roller chain.
