PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling control device for a mutual linkage vehicle properly dividing engine power to a front vehicle and a rear vehicle and effectively using the power. SOLUTION: A hydraulic pumps 102, 107 for feeding actuating oil to a traveling motor 104 are driven by an engine 101 of a front vehicle 10, and by changing a solenoid selecting valve 108, the actuating oil discharged from the hydraulic pump 107 in a far side from the engine 101 is divided into a hydraulic motor 209 of a rear vehicle 20 through a dividing conduit L16. By driving a hydraulic pump 210 with the hydraulic motor 209, the actuating oil discharged from the hydraulic pump 210 is joined into actuating oil discharged form a hydraulic pump 202 driven by an engine 201 of the rear vehicle 20 to feed the actuating oil to a traveling motor 204.
