PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-part adhesive composition for dry laminates which retains good adhesive properties between various plastic films and an inorganic board or a plastic board and at the same time is excellent in clarity, pigment dispersibility and boiling water resistance, compared with the conventional adhesives. SOLUTION: The two-part adhesive composition comprises (A) an isocyanate component comprising at least 50 wt.% of (A1) an isocyanate group-terminated urethane prepolymer derived from (a1) a polydiene polyol having a hydroxyl equivalent of 300-2,000 and (a2) an excess of an organic polyisocyanate and (B) a polyol component comprising at least 50 wt.% polyol mixture of (B1) a polyfunctional polyol having a functionality of 4-8 and a hydroxyl equivalent of 50-300 and (B2) a polyurethane polyol having at least one organic acid (salt) group selected from the group consisting of a carboxylic acid (salt) group, a sulfamic acid (salt) group, a sulfonic acid (salt) group and a phosphoric acid ester (salt) group and having an organic acid (salt) equivalent of 1,000-30,000.
