PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a propylene-based polymer which yields a molded article which is not too sticky and which has excellent softness and transparency. SOLUTION: The propylene-based polymer satisfies the following conditions (1) and (2): (1) the polymer has 0-80 mass % of a component soluble in hexane at 25 deg.C; (2) the polymer shows no melting point (Tm( deg.C)) or has a Tm and an endothermic heat of fusion,ΔH, which satisfyΔH>=6×(Tm-140).
