PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a propylene-based resin composition excellent in heat resistance, transparency and flexibility, having no sticky feeling and further excellent in processing suitability. SOLUTION: This propylene-based resin composition is composed of a polypropylene component and a copolymer component comprising propylene, a compound having at least two or more nonconjugated vinyl groups, and ethylene and/or a 4-18Cα-olefin, and satisfies the following conditions: (I) the composition consists of 50-99 wt.% component eluted at a temperature lower than 80 deg.C (a middle or low temperature eluting component) by a temperature-raising eluting fractionation method by using o-dichlorobenzene, and 50-1 wt.% component eluted at a temperature equal to or higher than 80 deg.C based on the whole amount; (II) the content of compound units having at least two or more nonconjugated vinyl groups in the middle and low temperature eluting components is 0.001-0.05 wt.%; and (III) the amount of toluene-soluble components measured at -40 deg.C is <5 wt.%.
