摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rapidly artificially synthesizing a mycorrhiza of Tricholoma matsutake with high reproducibility. SOLUTION: This method for rapidly and artificially synthesizing the mycorrhiza of the Tricholoma matsutake comprises (1) a method for inducing growth characterized as aseptically pulverizing a colony of a hyphae of the Tricholoma matsutake and aseptically culturing the resultant hypha in a nutrient culture solution, (2) a method for preparing an inoculum of the hypha of the Tricholoma matsutake characterized as aseptically substituting the culture solution of the hypha of the Tricholoma matsutake with a nutrient culture solution without containing a carbon source and (3) a method for inoculating the hypha of the Tricholoma matsutake characterized as aseptically immersing the root system of Pinus densiflora Sieb. et Zucc. in the culture solution of the hypha of the Tricholoma matsutake.
