PURPOSE: A sampling apparatus with an intrinsic filter is provided to reduce an aliasing error. CONSTITUTION: The sampling device(10) with an intrinsic filter characteristics to design sampling an input signal, this sampling device(10) samples continuous analog input signals due to a sampling signal and is provided with a first sampling switch which is installed to generate a first sample set by sampling the input signal corresponding to the sampling signal. Besides, the sampling device(10) includes a time delay device for delaying the time of the first sample set. Further, the sampling device(10) has a phase shift device(25) to shift the phase of the input signal as well. Then, the phase-delayed input signal is supplied to a second sampling device and sampled according to the sampling signal and a second sample set is generated. In the device, an adder(40) is integrated for generating an output sample by adding the first sample set and the second sample set.
