PURPOSE: A system and a method for an electronic commerce using a limit of an electronic commerce private credit card and a mobile phone is provided to increase the convenience of a purchaser by enabling the purchaser to input a card number through a client system and to receive a reconfirmation signal for an order and a payment through the purchaser's mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: A purchaser's client system(10) is a computer system connected through an internet communication network used by a purchaser who would purchase an article through an electronic commerce. An electronic commerce operator's server system(20) is connected to a credit card company server system(30), the purchaser's client system(10), a personal mobile phone(15), a provider's server system(70) and a logistics's server system(80) through the internet communication network. A provider receives the charge from the card company through a correspondent bank(40). A communication server system(60) includes a database in which personal information is stored. The logistics' server system(80) is a server system of a logistics company which manages delivers articles transmitted from the provider to the purchaser.
