PURPOSE: A railway rail clip is provided to strengthen durability by relaxing the intensive condition of bending stress at a specific part. CONSTITUTION: An insertion part(11) is extended and formed in a couple part(11a) of a straight rod form and one end of the couple part as a hinge part(11b) arranging to be parallel with the couple part in the upper part of the couple part. A supporting part(12) consists of an interlocking part(12a) and a pressing part(12b). The interlocking part is extended to the hinge part and arranged to be parallel with the hinge part in the one side of the hinge part. The pressing part is extended to the interlocking part and arranged in order in the lower part of the interlocking part. The pressing part of the supporting part is placed on the flange, pressed and fixed into an elongated hole of a fixture on a rail support.
