摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the response to a sudden change in the concentration of gas to be analyzed and to measure a plurality of measuring points at a high speed. SOLUTION: Sampling parts 2 are arranged at an arbitrary measuring point, separated remotely from a measuring part and connected by a liquid passing part 7. An atmospheric gas component in a liquid absorbing liquid is reduced in an adhesion ratio to a liquid passing pipe and sufficient response capacity is realized, even with respect to a sudden change in the concentration of the gas component. A plurality of the sampling parts 2 are arranged at a plurality of different points. Since one sampling part will not sample at a plurality of measuring points, no long time is required in cleaning of the sampling part itself, or the operation for transferring the sampling part to a chemical equilibrium state. Sampling operation for sending the absorbing liquid to the measuring part 1 from one of a plurality of the sampling parts and preparatory operation for sending the absorbing liquid to a waste liquid part from other one the sampling parts 2 can be performed at the same time. The measurement at a next measuring point can be started quickly corresponding to the operation time of parallel operation.
