PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency auxiliary charger capable of charging cells conveniently and highly efficiently using the most standardized and widely used cells. SOLUTION: This emergency auxiliary charger uses a most standardized and widely used primary cell packing BAT101 as a power supply for emergency charging and charges target secondary cells. To improve safety in applying a load to the target, a switching device SW100, an overcurrent shutting device OS100 and a limit current protecting device LP100 are provided. Also provided are a current detecting circuit device ID100 and a voltage detecting circuit device VD100 for the convenience of usage. Furthermore, excellent efficiency is obtainable in a safe state by operating a charging output with a central controlling device CCU100.
