PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged particle irradiation device preventing from deflecting a charged particle to a perpendicular direction to an orbital plain. SOLUTION: This charged particle irradiation device is provided with a circular accelerator 1 for emitting the charged particle accelerated in the orbital plain 11, a charged particle transporting means 3 for transporting the charged particle accelerated by the circular accelerator 1 through a specified path in the orbital plain 11, and an irradiation device 7 for irradiating an object to be irradiated 9a with the charged particle transported by the charged particle transporting means 3.
