PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electric circuit board which can suppress the occurrence of the Manhattan phenomenon. SOLUTION: The electric circuit board is constituted in such a way that a wiring circuit pattern 2 and a plurality of land sections 4 which are connected to the pattern 2 for connecting chip-like electronic parts 3 are provided on an insulating board 1. Electrodes 3a are respectively placed on the land sections 4, and the parts 3 are connected by soldering. In each land section 4, a terminal protruding land portion 4a is provided on the front side of the portion where the electrode 3a of the parts 3 is placed. In addition, an adhesion-of-solder inhibiting layer 9 which inhibits the adhesion of solder is provided around each land section 4. Moreover, the part of the wiring circuit pattern 2 connected to each land section 4 is connected to the land section 4 which is off from the terminal protruding land portion 4a.
