PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive rotary solenoid valve drive with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A valve actuator 40 forming the valve drive with an energizing means includes a rotor 42 having N-pole and S-pole permanent magnets 42b, 42c, a first coil 47 generating a magnetic field in a prescribed direction on the yokes 43, 45, and a second coil 48 generating the magnetic field in an opposite direction to the prescribed direction, wherein the rotor is rotated toward a first or second position by energizing one of the first or second coil by first and second switch elements. Only two switch expensive elements are needed and its structure is simplified, thus it is possible to reduce the cost of the whole device. |
