PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transmitter-receptor module, which solves the problem, where its receiving characteristic significantly deteriorates, when transmitting electrical signals which are not related to received electrical signals are superposed upon the received electrical signals and noise appears as though it were increased, due to electrical signals infiltrating to an optical receiving means from an transmitting means. SOLUTION: This optical transmitter-receiver module is provided with an light-receiving means having a light-receiving element and an outputting means, which is composed an output section having the same potential as that of a constant potential section on one side and a potential, which is different from that of the constant-potential section on the other side and outputs electrical signals converted by means of the light-receiving element to the outside, an light transmitting means having a light-emitting element and an inputting means composed of an input section, having a potential which is different from that of the constant potential section and inputs the electrical signals to the light-emitting element, and an optical waveguide which is provided in such a way that the waveguide is interposed at least between the optical receiving and transmitting means. The module is also provide with an optical multiplexing/demultiplexing means, which sorts the optical signal transmitted from the optical transmitting means from the optical signal to be received by means of the optical receiving means. |
